Four days before my house was broken into, the tendons in my shoulder torn, my property seized with no search warrant as per direction of University of Tennessee and Dean Maxine Davis, I sent the following email to Maxine Davis. University students, many of whom are my friends, were specifically instructed by UT to disassociate themselves from me on or off campus. The confirmation that the University had detailed knowledge of the causes of the Virginia Tech and Columbine massacres and the email below are indictments to Maxine’s competency, sanity, and morality.

My clothes were striped and taken, my DNA was forcefully taken. I will pay $5,000 to Dean Maxine Davis for her to take the MMPI-2 Psychiatric test, and allow her test results to be published on the web page, CLIFFSPEAKS.COM.
